We are looking to hire a Training Instructor & Facilitator for scientific, engineering, technical, and analytical (SETA) support to NAVSEA 04X and the Naval Shipyards.
The Training Instructor & Facilitator will develop & deliver project team training curriculum designed to improve upon existing processes and systems to achieve improved maintenance execution at the Naval Shipyards. The successful candidate will enhance training focused on shipyard and project team performance, including business policy, process, maintenance execution, and strategy implementation. The Instructor & Facilitator may manage several smaller individual projects and/or processes while directly supporting the Noblis Project Operations Manager and Training Manager in the execution of shipyard Project Management Training (PMT) and Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD), including the following program objectives:
- IPTD curriculum development for each project team responsible for a major Aircraft Carrier or Submarine Availability
- Delivery of an integrated high level professional training curriculum for immediate and long-range needs of NAVSEA industrial operations and Naval Ship Maintenance community, including the submarine and carrier project training and IPTD (approximately 60/year) events
- Support to NAVSEA and Fleet corporate strategies and professional development efforts
- Assist with the design, incorporation and delivery of materials or modules of instruction that may arise from participant feedback, lessons learned, changing environmental needs or success criteria, outcomes of individual curricula reviews
