Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) objectives to design, build, deliver and maintain ships, submarines, and systems reliably, on-time and on-cost for the Navy.   We are looking to hire a LEAN Functional Analyst for scientific, engineering, technical, and analytical (SETA) support to NAVSEA 04X and the Naval Shipyards. The LEAN Functional Analyst will be responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems to achieve improved maintenance execution at the Naval Shipyards.  The successful candidate will focus on shipyard and project team performance, including business policy, process, and strategy implementation.  The LEAN Functional Analyst will contribute to extensive investigations to understand root cause of issues across functions and business elements of shipyard and project team operations while providing other direct support to the Noblis LEAN Project Operations Manager in the execution of the following LEAN program objectives:  - Planning, training, coaching, facilitating LEAN events, metric development, solution implementation, sustainment, and integration functions or activities as necessary to successfully achieve process/performance improvement objectives - Initiative Identification and scoping of potential shipyard business improvement opportunities - Provide BCAs with particular focus on throughput, cycle time of shipyard business and industrial processes - Implementation of strategy and plans, including management of education and training support and initiatives

The LEAN Business Process Analyst (Junior) will contribute to improving upon existing processes and systems to achieve improved maintenance execution at the Naval Shipyards.  The successful candidate will focus on shipyard and project team performance, including business policy, process, and strategy implementation.  The LEAN Business Process Analyst (Junior) will support investigations to understand root cause of issues across functions and business elements of shipyard and project team operations while providing Junior Analyst level direct support to the Noblis LEAN Project Operations Manager in the execution of the following LEAN program objectives:  - Planning, training, coaching, facilitating LEAN events, metric development, solution implementation, sustainment, and integration functions or activities as necessary to successfully achieve process/performance improvement objectives - Initiative Identification and scoping of potential shipyard business improvement opportunities - Provide BCAs with particular focus on throughput, cycle time of shipyard business and industrial processes - Implementation of strategy and plans, including management of education and training support and initiatives

  Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) and their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.  We are looking to hire a Program Manager to provide support to various ship programs for the US Navy.    The Program Manager will manage contracts/task orders and lead teams of personnel supporting U.S. Navy engineering projects. This candidate will have the opportunity to provide significant contributions to the quality execution of work and business success.  - Responsible for program/contract management, oversight, and execution. - Manage and direct the work of teams assigned to the program(s). - Responsible for program and contract level profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting. - Effective application of company methodology, policies, and procedures to minimize risk on program(s). - Lead program reviews to monitor cost, schedule, and technical peformance. - Contribute to efforts developing new business and expanding existing business through client relationship building, identification of technical solutions, and proposal development. - Help teams execute career development plans.

Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) objectives to design, build, deliver and maintain ships, submarines, and systems reliably, on-time and on-cost for the Navy.   We are looking to hire a Business Process Analyst (Senior) for scientific, engineering, technical, and analytical (SETA) support to NAVSEA 04X and the Naval Shipyards. The Business Process Analyst (Senior) will be responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems to achieve improved maintenance execution across the broader NAVSEA Naval Ship Maintenance enterprise.  The successful candidate will focus on workforce and team development with specific attention to the “One Nuclear Shipyard.”  The Senior Analyst may manage projects and processes in support of Naval Ship Maintenance Community organizations in and outside the Naval Shipyards.  Outside activities may include but not limited to Carrier Teams, Submarine Teams, Ship Repair Facilities, Supervisors of Shipbuilding, Fleet Regional Maintenance Centers, and private nuclear building yards.  The Senior Analyst will provide direct support to the Noblis Project Operations Manager in the execution of Project Management Training and Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD) program objectives, to include:  - Delivery of an integrated high level professional training curriculum for immediate and long-range needs of NAVSEA industrial operations and Naval Ship Maintenance community, including submarine and carrier project training and IPTD (approximately 60/year) events - Support to NAVSEA and Fleet corporate strategies and professional development efforts - Design and execution of periodic program evaluation reviews to ensure the program is meeting its stated objectives across the One Nuclear Shipyard
