This candidate will have the opportunity to provide significant contributions to the quality execution of work and business success.  - Responsible for program/contract management, oversight, and execution. - Manage and direct the work of teams assigned to the program(s). - Responsible for program and contract level profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting. - Effective application of company methodology, policies, and procedures to minimize risk on program(s). - Lead program reviews to monitor cost, schedule, and technical peformance. - Contribute to efforts developing new business and expanding existing business through client relationship building, identification of technical solutions, and proposal development. - Help teams execute career development plans.

Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) objectives to design, build, deliver and maintain ships, submarines, and systems reliably, on-time and on-cost for the Navy.   We are looking to hire a Business Process Analyst (Senior) for scientific, engineering, technical, and analytical (SETA) support to NAVSEA 04X and the Naval Shipyards. The Business Process Analyst (Senior) will be responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems to achieve improved maintenance execution across the broader NAVSEA Naval Ship Maintenance enterprise.  The successful candidate will focus on workforce and team development with specific attention to the “One Nuclear Shipyard.”  The Senior Analyst may manage projects and processes in support of Naval Ship Maintenance Community organizations in and outside the Naval Shipyards.  Outside activities may include but not limited to Carrier Teams, Submarine Teams, Ship Repair Facilities, Supervisors of Shipbuilding, Fleet Regional Maintenance Centers, and private nuclear building yards.  The Senior Analyst will provide direct support to the Noblis Project Operations Manager in the execution of Project Management Training and Integrated Project Team Development (IPTD) program objectives, to include:  - Delivery of an integrated high level professional training curriculum for immediate and long-range needs of NAVSEA industrial operations and Naval Ship Maintenance community, including submarine and carrier project training and IPTD (approximately 60/year) events - Support to NAVSEA and Fleet corporate strategies and professional development efforts - Design and execution of periodic program evaluation reviews to ensure the program is meeting its stated objectives across the One Nuclear Shipyard

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Be an engaged, proactive member of the team. Contribute to team work and engage in the intra-team collaboration. - Provide project management support for the full range of BTRP activities in the assigned country portfolio. - Establish cadence and facilitate regular and productive coordination and communication within government A&AS community members working on efforts/engagements in the assigned AORs. - Provide advisory and assistant services with regards to linking activities and objectives to National Defense Strategy, Combatant Command plans, DoD, DTRA, CTR and BTRP priorities, and efforts of interagency partners. - Advise and assists government counterparts with development and formulation of requirements and end-states. - Assist and advise the government counterparts – as well as other government and A&AS counterparts contributing to implementation of the AOR priorities – with requirement validation, project idea development, acquisition planning, project initiation, planning, execution and monitoring, and closeout. - Utilize best project management practices and established acquisition and other procedures. - Support the client in drafting and finalizing various project and AOR portfolio documents, analyze data, and conduct research pertinent to the AOR’s ongoing and planned engagements. - Support government counterparts in utilizing Program Management Reviews (PMRs) as a tool to manage portfolio of projects in the assigned AOR, assist the client in review and documentation of project scope, schedule, budget status and forecast. - Support prompt and thorough responses to short-fuse taskers. - Capture lessons learned and recommend – and, where possible, incorporate – solutions to action items and process improvement methodologies. - Support government personnel in planning travel and fulfilling pre-travel requirements. - Travel in support of the BTRP mission.

Noblis ESI is seeking a Satellite Systems Engineer with a national space enterprise and engineering background to work with our clients in supporting the future National space architecture.      Job Responsibilities: - Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities - Will engage with the national and tactical communities to collaboratively design, document, validate, and deliver architectures, systems and innovative capabilities in support of the national space architecture   - Lead IPT meetings, technical discussions, and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, and PMRs - Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support  - Serve as technical expert in their assigned area - Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross tower coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers
