E-IDS will consolidate several legacy IDS systems into a common platform to provide controllers with current and consistent information needed to perform air traffic operations from both local and enterprise sources. E-IDS will use a common hardware and software platform across over 400 NAS facilities, including En Route, Terminal, Tower, and Offshore domains.   The Validation & Verification Engineer will support the analysis, planning, design, and execution of the Development and Operational Test programs for the E-IDS. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, reviewing contractor deliverables, developing test plans and procedures, and executing tests. The Nobis team is also responsible for the design, construction, and operation of a large state-of-the-art lab environment that will be used for evaluating the functional capabilities and operational suitability of the system.   Work Location: William J.
