As a the Principal Cyber Security Engineer you will support and work closely with government clients on a daily basis. In this position you will leverage your experience in a technical role within an insider threat team. The IRS Insider Threat Capability (InTC) is aligned with and supports the Department of the Treasury's Insider Threat Program. It is purposed towards identifying, analyzing, and reporting behavioral anomalies to the appropriate entity; and identifying risk to IRS systems, people, and resources. Member is responsible for the following: -Work with and collaborate with a team of data scientists and analysts to guide efforts in identifying anomalous behaviors across IRS -Document findings and manage the information flow of the anomaly reporting process ( from inception to archive -Serve as analyst to review complex computer and and application logs. The majority of this position will be to review analytical output and documents findings.
