Noblis MSD is seeking a Business Process Lead for application integration process engineering development in the implementation of the DevSecOps solution for application hosting.  This requires an understanding of the CANES baselines and the approved hosted systems for each baseline.  Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and improving the PMW 160 Application Integration (AI) processes. The AI Process Lead will optimize process flow, reduce variability within the process, improve operating capabilities, evolve the process to meet emerging needs, and ensure process execution in a timely manner to support fielding of new or upgraded applications and systems to the fleet. The lead will also maintain project documentation, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and represent PMW 160 AI Process interests at a variety of meetings.   Key Responsibilities Include: - Maintain Process Asset Library Documents - Understanding and Maintenance of Key Application Integration (AI) - Monitor AI Process Execution - periodically review the status of Service Request Forms (SRF) to ensure they are not bottlenecked and that they are on track for certification in their assigned test events. - Liaise with PMW 790 to coordinate the PMW 160 AI Process and the PMW 790 AI Process - Shore to the extent possible. - Monitor DevSecOps activities and update AI Process based on lessons-learned as we execute the AI Process for applications using DevSecOps, the Overmatch Software Armory (OSA) and the RAISE process of incorporation into the ACS ATO. - Liaise with NAVIFOR Fleet Functional Area Manager (Fleet FAM) - update the NAVIFOR AI Enforcement Message as needed; collaborate with Fleet FAM Analysis Working Group to establish application baselines for new CANES variants (FFG(X) is the next one); occasionally cross-walk the PSC with the Fleet FAM Baseline Allowance Control (BAC) list.

This CBRN Program Analyst and Project Manager role will provide technical and programmatic support in the DHS Science and Technology Directorate, as part of a multidisciplinary team of high-performance professionals supporting the client's most vexing technical and technological challenges, and developing solutions to counter current, emerging, and future homeland security threats.
