Noblis MSD is seeking a Business Process Lead for application integration process engineering development in the implementation of the DevSecOps solution for application hosting.  This requires an understanding of the CANES baselines and the approved hosted systems for each baseline.  Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and improving the PMW 160 Application Integration (AI) processes. The AI Process Lead will optimize process flow, reduce variability within the process, improve operating capabilities, evolve the process to meet emerging needs, and ensure process execution in a timely manner to support fielding of new or upgraded applications and systems to the fleet. The lead will also maintain project documentation, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and represent PMW 160 AI Process interests at a variety of meetings.   Key Responsibilities Include: - Maintain Process Asset Library Documents - Understanding and Maintenance of Key Application Integration (AI) - Monitor AI Process Execution - periodically review the status of Service Request Forms (SRF) to ensure they are not bottlenecked and that they are on track for certification in their assigned test events. - Liaise with PMW 790 to coordinate the PMW 160 AI Process and the PMW 790 AI Process - Shore to the extent possible. - Monitor DevSecOps activities and update AI Process based on lessons-learned as we execute the AI Process for applications using DevSecOps, the Overmatch Software Armory (OSA) and the RAISE process of incorporation into the ACS ATO. - Liaise with NAVIFOR Fleet Functional Area Manager (Fleet FAM) - update the NAVIFOR AI Enforcement Message as needed; collaborate with Fleet FAM Analysis Working Group to establish application baselines for new CANES variants (FFG(X) is the next one); occasionally cross-walk the PSC with the Fleet FAM Baseline Allowance Control (BAC) list.

Noblis MSD is seeking a candidate with experience in Training Administration to work as Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) Coordinator supporting USN ships in the Pre-commissioning phase.  Primary work location is Norfolk Naval Base but periodic travel may be required. Using a tailored MPT Wide Area Network application, the selected candidate is expected to:  Responsibilities - Track prospective gains on Permanent Change of Station orders. - Review Permanent Change of Station orders for Navy Enlisted Classifications (NEC). - Coordinate with Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) Detailers. - Liaison with Navy learning centers, and others to coordinate crew training. - Create individual training tracks for service members. - Provide school quota management. - Document all training for future and completed training utilizing the MPT database. - Prepare, submit and brief periodic status reports as a measure of crew training.   - Prepare a comprehensive final training report to document training accomplishments in preparation for a successful crew certification.

Noblis is seeking a part-time DevSecOps Engineer to work in Warner Robbins, GA.   Responsibilities: - Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in multiple integration and test (I&T) environments. - Write and mainatin functional automated tests using tools like Ranorex,Test Complete, or Eggplant. - Assist in the design and development of simulators and emulators, as needed. - Be part of a SCRUM team and following the process to build out the enterpise pipelines. - Participate in daily scrum and monthly sprint planning. - Participate in test team meetings and functions as needed.

This CBRN Program Analyst and Project Manager role will provide technical and programmatic support in the DHS Science and Technology Directorate, as part of a multidisciplinary team of high-performance professionals supporting the client's most vexing technical and technological challenges, and developing solutions to counter current, emerging, and future homeland security threats. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, operate well in a matrixed environment, be able to learn, digest, and provide scientific and technical guidance on a broad spectrum of technical subjects, and be able to distill and communicate complex technical concepts to enable nontechnical managers to make informed decisions. A technical background in science, engineering, or CBRN is not required so much as a strong grasp on program and project management fundamentals and a deep desire to develop and maintain project processes, build documentation and portfolio strategy, and an eagerness to learn the field. The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) office is a support component within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The CWMD office was established by the “Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Act of 2018” and combines the former Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) and a majority of the Office of Health Affairs (OHA). The office was created to elevate and streamline DHS efforts to prevent the use of weapon of mass destruction (WMD) against the homeland and promote readiness for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN), and health security threats.
