The work our teams do day-to-day is transforming the way law enforcement and intelligence communities handle, process, analyze, visualize, and translate information into actionable intelligence. - Works with stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, analyze, and document feature requirements - Collaborate with the development team to test new features and ensure common understanding of requirements/user stories - Write comprehensive acceptance criteria for requirements/user stories - Design, implement, execute, and assess software quality through manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality - Create, update, and execute interactive tests and create associated reports - Troubleshoot, reproduce, and log defects as needed - Maintain the system test plan and other related documentation - Perform Static Code Analysis (SCA) and analyze results to contribute towards better code quality - Prepare test metrics and present results in the Retrospective ceremony - Contribute to the decomposition and flow of tickets in an agile project management system

Noblis is seeking a Business Development Lead for their Huntsville, Alabama location.   We are seeking a senior capture and business development professional for the DHS and other DoD markets. Noblis enjoys a sterling reputation in all facets of the federal market and is seeking to expand its presence in these critical areas. With well-established long term delivery in the defense business, we are in the process of expanding our capabilities for growing our footprint. Our current needs include demonstrated capture and proposal experience as well as team leadership for client delivery.  Successful candidates will have demonstrated sales capture and delivery experience in cyber security and cyber operations, as well as two or more of the following mission areas: engineering, R&D, mission support, intelligence, telecommunications, environmental engineering, C4ISR, and  technology transition. Industry experience in business development and capture with DoD is a must.   Other responsibilities include: long range strategic planning; business opportunity identification/validation, capture plan development/execution and customer interaction. The Cybersecurity Stratgey Consultant - Training Skill Level 2 candidate shall provide consutling services in support of senior U.S. Government leaders and assist the U.S. Government (USG) in support of its cybersecurity training and workforce initiatives, to include the development of policy and coordination of activities and events. He/she shall also coordinate on documenting policies and processes, group activities, and interdependencies related to the College of Cyber mission, and any National Security Council-related initiatives.   The Level 2 Cybersecurity Strategy Consultant - Training Skill Level 2 candidate shall possess the following capabilities:   Serve as the Noblis senior strategy consultant for cybersecurity strategic training initiatives.   Provide strategic planning support by drafting, researching, and developing policy for senior US Government leaders for the development and implementation of cybersecurity training initiatives to include: Workforce frameworks; National Education guidance; and National human capital strategies.   Facilitate and support initiatives to develop cyber workforce in conjunction with academia, the Intelligence Community, and the Department of Defense (DoD).   Assist in the evaluation and elimination of redundancies in training pipelines with the goal of saving time and resources in training the cyber workforce across DoD.   Work with NCS to assist in determining the equivalency between NCS and courses executed by other organizations. This process includes the study of knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) needed for work role performance, determining the learning objectives of courses, and mapping the KSAs to learning objectives.   Identify training gaps and advise NCS on potential future training needs resulting from policy and in the execution of the duties performing the tasks outlined.   Facilitate and support strategic planning sessions aimed at identifying and prioritizing cybersecurity initiatives and challenges for NSA.   Consolidate input from across agencies contributors to draft Cybersecurity products (e.g. documents, briefings) for group review and finalization.   Research and advise leadership on concepts and ideas for advancing cybersecurity that shapes future national-level policy.
