Noblis MSD has an immediate opening in the Portland Main area (Bath), for a Network Administrator to provide pre-commissioning Detachment/Unit Support for DDG, LCS, ESB, LHD and LPD class ships IT Systems. The Network Administrator will be involved with every aspect of IT from Helpdesk to Networking as needed.   - Daily, weekly, and monthly backups of exchange servers, supporting the PCU through HelpSTAR (ServicePRO) and working any requests that come in from users. - Creating and managing accounts, email addresses, distribution and security groups with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Management Console. - Setting permissions on folders using Security Groups in Active Directory. - Server administration including building and managing physical and virtual servers required for daily operation. - Server updates using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). - Building Images and reimaging PCs as required using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. - Completing STIG checklist in compliance with DISA requirements. - Scanning new systems with ACAS to ensure compliance with latest plugins. - Installing McAfee products (Agent, HIPS, DLP, and Antivirus) and monitoring all systems using HBSS to ensure compliance with DISA requirements. - Rebuilding of servers and knowledge of VMWARE and CITRIX environments will be beneficial. - Familiar with NMCI environment - data structure / permissions and Site Collection Administrator duties

The Program Analyst – International will provide strategic, analytical, and program management support to the International Cooperative Program Office (ICPO) within the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate (S&T). ICPO enables DHS international engagements that discover innovation, leverage international capabilities, drive solutions, and influence science and technology security advancement world-wise.    The ICPO team develops partnerships with foreign governments and international organizations that enhance scientific and technical knowledge for homeland security purposes.  International cooperative partnership can improve operational effectiveness, enhance affordability, and provide S&T access to broader knowledge-base and partner capabilities to provide impact across DHS mission areas.   This position will be responsible for supporting country-level engagements by providing project management, facilitation, and relationship management; engaging across S&T, DHS, and USG partners to understand customer needs, analyzing technology requirements and partner capabilities, and working across regions to provide engagement recommendations.
