Background:  Noblis is seeking qualified cleared candidates to join our cybersecurity team to help our government clients solve their most challenging cybersecurity and data problems.  Clients depend on us to help them anticipate, conceive, architect, assess, prove, deploy, and manage mission-critical services and systems.    Position Description:    Noblis is looking for cleared candidates to fill information security positions at varying levels. Individuals will contribute to a high-performance team supporting a variety of cybersecurity tasks. Candidates will also work with accomplished Noblis experts to provide a wide range of consulting services and expertise, including systems engineering, strategic IT infrastructure technology planning and implementation, requirements development, operations planning, along with policy and procedures development.     Candidates will perform duties that may include:  - Applying information security and assurance and systems engineering and principles;  - Defining, reviewing, updating and maintaining information security policies and procedures;  - Develop and maintain program and project plans, standard operating procedures, contingency plans, continuity of operations, and other documentation;  - Provide subject matter expertise as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) with the ability to execute and maintain system accreditations.  - Develop and maintain system compliance documentation, plan of actions and milestones and provide support for authorized systems.   - Ability to build, deploy, and maintain a robust cybersecurity tools portfolio;  - Assess and mitigate security risks within the organization;  - Conduct software development for various software products;  - Experience with planning, management, and technical implementations related to Identity, Credential, and Access Management;  - Provide advanced analytic techniques to detect cyber threats;  - Provide subject matter expertise with cyber threat intelligence, counter intelligence, insider threat and penetration testing;  - Experience with enterprise named or similar:   - Data visualization tools like Tableau  - System Management: BigFix, SCCM;   - SEIM: ArcSight, Splunk; QRadar, etc.  - Vulnerability tools: Nessus, Gaurdium;  - Working independently with general instruction, adapt and apply Noblis’ principles, concepts, processes, tools and methodologies to solve real-world problems in a team environment, with special focus on the development of integrated infrastructure solutions and programs involving both network and data center (cloud) assets.    Communication and Interpersonal:  - Prepare and/or contribute to technical reports, memos, analyses and briefings. Plan and manage assigned deliverables;  - Support meetings, inter-team communication, and issue resolution with the client and internal/project stakeholder groups;  - Work closely and collaboratively with Noblis team leaders and members.

United States (U.S.) Army Cyber Command’s (ARCYBER) mission is to direct and conduct integrated Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO), and Cyberspace Operations, as authorized or directed, to ensure freedom of action in and through cyberspace and the information environment, and to deny the same to adversaries. Established in October 2010, ARCYBER is the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) to the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), responsible for conducting cyberspace operations (i.e., Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) operations), as directed and authorized, on behalf of Commander, USCYBERCOM. ARCYBER organizes, trains, educates, mans, equips, funds, administers, deploys, and sustains ARCYBER forces to conduct cyberspace operations.   The Cyberspace Threat Analyst - III:   - Contributes to developing analytical threat models and provides advice to threat studies personnel. - Supports teams providing other technical services such as computer software system design/development, installation and integration planning, testing, and support of a wide-range of systems that support intelligence functions. - Conducts project briefings to assess study progress and to ensure consistency in meeting objectives. - Prepares, submits and presents reports and issue papers. - Serves as a mid-career All-Source Intelligence analyst that applies intelligence analysis skills to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and personalities that could pose a threat. - Develops intelligence products and performs a vast array of cyberspace intelligence analyst duties with little guidance. - Supports intelligence planning, identifies intelligence requirements and gaps, identifies and develops Indicators and Warning (I&W) and develops and recommends solutions. - Skilled in research and evaluation of technical intelligence and all-source intelligence. - Possess an understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities. Noblis is hiring a Graphic Artist with a TS/SCI clearance in Chantilly, VA.    Noblis ESI is seeking a Graphic Artist who will apply their artistic abilities using high-level PowerPoint illustration tools to develop illustrations, diagrams, charts and other graphics to visually explain the complex concepts and material in a way that is clear, appealing and compelling for senior government leaders. The purpose of the role is to employ abilities to learn new subject matter well enough to then be able to utilize concept visualization and interpretation skills to explain the material, and communicate key messages, insight, viewpoints, points of emphasis through artistic representations of the material. This will in turn facilitate communication between SME authors with targeted customer readers in ways that written text cannot do alone. The Executive presentations will require the graphic specialist to finalize and format presentation quality graphs and charts using PowerPoint, Excel, and other illustration tools.   The Graphics Artist will: -Conceptualize and create program presentations and documentation that include Executive presentations with graphs and charts of data, text, graphics, and images -Engage in meetings with the client, including subject matter experts to learn programmatic and technical material and objectives for programs, asking clarifying questions as needed, and identify key and supporting information and messages to be communicated
