Noblis ESI is seeking a Systems Engineer for their Chantilly location.   Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR: -The Systems Engineer will serve as program support to the Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned groups and programs/projects -Manage and supervise a team of acquisition, systems engineering, and architecture SETA personnel and their daily tasks -Generate quantifiable requirements and strategies for completion of project tasks on a designated timeframe   -Develop processes to coordinate between multiple engineering disciplines and integrate their findings  -Ensures acquisitions and project resources comply with customer regulations and standards -Assist the PM/COTR during development of RFP packages and coordinate completion of technical evaluation of proposals received in response to RFPs -Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, and PMRs to ensure development contractors are meeting program requirements -Serve as technical expert in their assigned area -Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support  -Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross tower coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers
