Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) objectives to design, build, deliver and maintain ships, submarines, and systems reliably, on-time and on-cost for the Navy.   We are looking to hire a Program Accountant for scientific, engineering, technical, and analytical (SETA) support to NAVSEA 04X and the Naval Shipyards. Overview   The Corporate Quality and Auditing Lead is responsible for managing Noblis quality and compliance requirements. This includes maintaining the company's existing certifications and credentials from the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development.  This role will also coordinate and manage the corporate compliance policies.  The current list of standards include: - ISO9001:2015 - ISO 20000-1:2018 - ISO 27001:2022 - CMMI (v3.0) - Level 3   Specific Responsibilities:   Quality Management - Owns organizational responsibility for satisfying all quality-related requirements and ensuring successful maintenance of quality certifications. - Works directly with senior leaders throughout Noblis to establish quality objectives and plans. - Leads or supports all quality-related initiatives throughout Noblis, as appropriate. - Responsible for the oversight of the integrated QMS (Quality Management System). - Administer the Process Asset Library by maintaining the configuration of controlled quality documentation. - Attend supporting meetings and evaluate business processes' adherence to the QMS and collect necessary evidence. - Develop, implement, and communicate quality standards, processes, and procedures to ensure ISO 9001, CMMC and CMMI compliance in conjunction with corporate quality objectives. - Lead and perform analysis of quality metrics and analytics outputs to identify key issues, trends, and potential root causes that point to improvement opportunities. - Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to the Senior Management team about process/improvements, process controls, data analysis, continuous improvement, corrective actions, and other topics as requested. - Demonstrate track record in monitoring KPIs, staying abreast of industry trends, and leading projects to enhance policy management infrastructure and drive operational effectiveness. - Make recommendations, plans, and suggestions that promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.  Optimize policy creation, review, and dissemination processes for efficiency and compliance, utilizing policy management software and systems.
