Noblis ESI is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Lead at its Chantilly, VA location.
We are looking for a senior architect position to guide the management of the enterprise system architecture of a large Government program. This is your opportunity to join the Noblis ESI team that develops and integrates the ground enterprise architecture with space surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities in support of national decision makers and warfighters.
Responsibilities include:
Bachelors or higher degree in a computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
-15 years of experience in architecture development management for large, complex programs or systems of systems
-3 years of managing a large team/staff and experience working with the NRO and the IC
-Experience in software architecture, acquisition, or development,
-Experience with adapting Agile software development and DevOps principles to architecture process and products
-Experience with addressing cloud-based software systems in architecture products
-Experience with Digital Engineering or model-based systems engineering tools
-Track and respond to office tasking, create and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars
-Familiarity with project management, scheduling, requirements, and program office functions
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
-Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment
-Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
-Must be able to travel
**Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
Desired skills and knowledge:
-CAMEO Systems Modeler certifications or similar tools
-Knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence
-Knowledge of client requirements and oversight policies
-Ability to display ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts
-Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new concepts and capabilities
-Understanding of NRO Future ground Architecture CONOPS and architectures
-Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, and editing of technical reports, statements of work, white papers, and other technical and programmatic documents
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders, civilians, and military officers
-Ability to build and present technical briefings and reports
-Minimum of 8 years of project management, systems engineering, or architecture experience in industry or DOD/IC
