Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their Chantilly, VA location.

 

Noblis ESI is looking for a driven, strategic, passionate, and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our workforce in direct support of a government customer. You will support government staffing management and reporting, provide excellent customer service, onboard government and contract personnel; lead and promote workforce initiatives by creating and delivering programs and activities; and manage the government awards program.

 

The Human Resources Manager will:
-Provide prompt, courteous and accurate response to government and contractor personnel
-Assist with onboarding of new hires
-Perform periodic data collection and reporting
-Facilitate coordination meetings to create, plan and establish programs
-Coordinate promotion and award submissions, review boards, and presentations
-Communicate the value of personnel programs through weekly and monthly newsletters, digital media, intranet posts, video, flyers, booklets and meetings

Client Engagement

• Begin developing relationships one level up and two levels down. Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond current deliverable and actively share information about clients’ emerging support needs and trends with team members and management.
· Participate on proposals

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6-8 years of human resources management
-Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
-Track and respond to office tasking, build and present program briefings and update project calendars
-Ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders, civilians and military officers
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive data such as personally identifiable information
-Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and to work independently with minimal supervision
-Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
-Act as a subject matter expert in working with employees, managers and other internal stakeholders regarding personnel policies and procedures
-Expected to seek and assume higher levels of responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment
-Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

 

*Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph to be eligible to apply*

 

Desired:

-Master's Degree and 10 years of human resources experience

-CEBs or other Human Resource certification is highly desirable

-Ability to work within software and database tools with metric tracking capabilities
