Noblis ESI is seeking a System Engineer Lead for their Chantilly location.
Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR:
-The Project/Acquisition Manager will serve as program support to the Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned groups and programs/projects.
-This individual will serve as the Noblis ESI System Engineering Lead supporting system engineering activities in
major acqusition framework, software, applications, and IT Services program.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field and 10 years of experience.
-Five years of experience with GEOINT, SIGNINT, and/or Multi-INT systems
-Five years of experience in leading projects
-Two years of experience using Agile software development methodologies and Agile project management
practices and tools to:
- develop, integrate, and deploy platforms, software services, and data services on the IT infrastructure
- manage the sustainment and evolution of platforms, software services, and data services
-Two years of experience as an Amazon Web Based Developer
-Two years of experience developing and applying analytical methods and tools to evaluate the architecture,
design, and operation of enterprise platforms, software services, and data services
-Two years of experience identifying risks and developing risk mitigations for using CI/CD methodologies
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
-Must be able to travel
-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
