Noblis ESI is seeking an Chief Engineer for their Chantilly location.
This individual will serve as the Noblis ESI Chief Engineer supporting systems engineering activities and processes ensuring appropriate engineering rigor. Be a Senior Level leader and provide recommendations to enterprise system engineer products and views. Assist in the roadmap and implementation from traditional system-to-system architecture to SAFe Agile-based approach along with Model-Based System Engineering. Managing architectures at multiple levels as well as developing and integrating subordinate systems into higher level architecture.
-Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science Field, or applicable science field
-Fifteen years of experience in system engineering of large scale, complex programs or system
-Three years of experience in systems engineering and acquisition with background knowledge of IC/NRO
Experience and expertise in utilizing MBSE and Modeling and simulation development. Experience and understanding of GEOINT and SIGINT system architectures and requirements.
-Extensive knowledge and experience using Agile acquisition techniques and GEOINT and SIGINT collection platforms. Familiarity with Intelligence Community acquisition lifecycles, software development methodologies, and SOA enabling technologies.
-Three years of experience with adapting Agile software development and DevOps principles to systems
engineering processes and artifacts.
-Two years of experience with addressing cloud-based software systems in system engineering processes and artifacts
-Two years of experience working in or with the NRO -Two years of experience with satellite ground systems
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
-Must be able to travel
-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
