Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is seeking an Architecture Lead for their Chantilly location.

 

This is a position for a Senior Level leader to provide recommendations to enterprise system architecture products and views, oversee the analysis of architecture and associated trade and gap studies for large Government program. This includes the collaboration/coordination with divisions and groups on architectural items and with the higher group architecture team to communicate architecture interests and inputs. Participation in architectural forums and architecture development efforts. Assist in the roadmap and implementation from traditional system-to-system architecture to SAFe Agile-based approach including Model-Based System Engineering. Managing architectures at multiple levels as well as developing and integrating subordinate systems into higher level architecture. 

Client Engagement

· Contribute to large capture strategies, actively engage with clients, and market Noblis capabilities externally
· Foster appropriate identification and selection of business development opportunities, and provide thought leadership to help shape future work
· Win 2 task orders, identify big bets or take responsibility for a re-compete

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

-Ten years of experience in architecture development management for large, complex, systems of systems

-Five years of experience with GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or Multi-INT systems collection platforms and data.

-Five years of experience in leading projects

-Five years of experience in software acquisition and development

-Three years of experience with architecture frameworks

-Two years of experience in leading and participating in cross-organizational teams Agile software development methodologies and Agile project management practices and tools to:

-Acquire enterprise-grade services and Adopt software assts from across IC organizations

-Two years of experience using Agile software development methodologies to plan, architect, and enterprise grade software and data services

-Two years of experience in enterprise systems engineering and integration activities

-Two years of experience in software architecture development and project management

-Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture artifacts across system utilizing architecture modeling tools

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned

-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously

-Must be able to travel

-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph

-Experience and expertise in utilizing MBSE and Modeling and simulation development. 

-Experience and understanding of GEOINT and SIGINT system architectures and requirements. Extensive knowledge and experience using Agile acquisition techniques and GEOINT and SIGINT collection platforms. Familiarity with Intelligence Community acquisition lifecycles, software development methodologies, and SOA enabling technologies.
