Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Basic record and electronic records management
  • Develop and edit briefings and documents
  • Coordinate and plan travel
  • Collect, compile, track and manage data calls
  • Monitor and track budgets

Technical/Analysis

  • Support development and refinement of concepts of operations and operational plans
  • Assist in identifying and translating user requirements into specific technology research and development objectives
  • Participate in the development of system concepts, system requirements, concepts of operations, and training requirements
  • Support technical and programmatic support teams with assessments, reporting, planning, and training

Engagement

  • Assist Program Managers in the liaison with Government agents, performing contractors, and technical community to review and document technical progress at program reviews and to track milestones, funding profiles, and deliverables for ongoing efforts
  • Experience with executive/SES level leadership
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills Independently analyzes business process management and workflow, identifying deficiencies and suggesting solutions

Client Engagement

· Support and lead evolving business development efforts by applying technical and functional expertise to develop business solutions.
· Lead proposal sections for small or limited competition proposals and actively participate in teaming strategy discussions

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree
  • Minimum 6 yrs experience
  • Ability to effectively interface with government leadership, including executive/SES levels
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects which includes prioritizing, tracking, attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through to project completion
  • Flexibility/Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
