Are you an experienced intelligence analyst looking for an exciting opportunity in the law enforcement and intelligence community? Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to the following):

  • Provide expertise in organizational and vulnerability assessments, intelligence and threat analysis, and resolution of highly complex projects and problems
  • Quickly develop knowledge of program structure, mission, function, and policies
  • Develop knowledge of program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of program events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the worth of program accomplishments
  • Use functional and/or subject-matter expertise to assess the organizational, operational, and functional baseline of programs and identify the impact and effect of analytical findings and provide recommendations
  • Serve as an expert to help agencies identify and engage a range of stakeholders, including local, state, and federal agencies
  • Develop knowledge of relationships with other programs and key support functions within the program or partner agencies
  • Exhibit analytical ability to design and conduct comprehensive management and/or program studies to develop logical, clear, and well-documented recommendations and conclusions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to tactfully and persuasively advise and guide executive management relative to a variety of issues which can be delicate in nature; includes making presentations and preparing complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs that are distributed throughout the program and its partner agencies
  • Work with senior government officials and executives to provide vision and enterprise strategic direction; participate in strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate the enterprise approach and associated work products
  • Guide identification of systems, mission engineering, and business process inadequacies and deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational threats
  • May oversee and manage projects, programs, and/or tasks

Client Engagement

· Support and lead evolving business development efforts by applying technical and functional expertise to develop business solutions.
· Lead proposal sections for small or limited competition proposals and actively participate in teaming strategy discussions


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced Degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience are required. Or a Bachelor’s and nine (9) years of relevant experience. Or Associate’s and eleven (11) years or relevant experience.
  • Clearance: TS/SSBI or TS/SCI with CI Poly
