  • Responsibilities

    Noblis is seeking a highly skilled Jr. Analyst for their Reston, VA location.

     

    Noblis will be partnering with a couple Federal Government Agencies on IT-focused strategic tasks that will require cross domain skills. Noblis' Enterprise Services division will provide expert advice, assistance and support of the Agency's IT business functions and initiatives to support the evolution of the Agency's future IT environment. These initiatives may include (but may not be limited to) designing future information systems architectures, improving hand held mobile device platforms for field operations, providing business process engineering, supporting program management functions, assessing cyber security stance, and developing operations policies and procedures.

    The Junior Cross Domain Analyst will operate across several teams to conduct directed data analysis, targeted research, and project management support. He/She will already have several years of client facing work experience that reflects time management skills, field operations experience, and a focus on learning. The ideal candidate would also have cyber security training that included entry level software construction, mobile application experience, and legal research skills. 

    • Provide analytical support to IT executives, project teams, operations and engineering teams to ensure that systems solutions are in line with the architectural direction and business strategies.
    • Conduct and provide industry research and evaluations on client software code and systems.  
    • Test and evaluate technologies to ensure the quality of delivered systems and products.
    • Provide assistance in project planning, including development of project descriptions, performance goals, and project evaluation measures.

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree in Cyber Security, or related field is required. Current work toward Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field is desired.
    • Minimum four years of client facing work experience that demonstrates customer service focus
    • Must have virtual machine, Windows Server, networking, and security tool training.
