  • Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition department is seeking a highly motivated individual to be a Recruitment Programs Specialist for their Reston, VA location.

     

    This important role will manage critical TA programs and assist in building recruitment marketing strategy.  The role will consist of the following:

    • Manage Internship Program. Plan, market, develop, grow, and execute the internship program. The role will also look at ways to scale program during heavy growth.
    • Manage Intern budget. 
    • Conduct market research and build a data-driven approach to recruitment marketing. Work closely with the TA team to target the right audience to fill top positions.
    • Promote Noblis job openings on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) with the latest technology trends in mind. Research which posts do the best and make course corrections.
    • Create content for the Careers website that promotes our brand, culture, people, and mission.
    • Run monthly Google Analytics reports on the careers and noblis.org websites and share data with the TA/HR and executive teams.
    • Provide recommendations on how to further develop target audience.
    • Assist in developing strategic employment marketing plans that engage and attract talent.
    • Assist with recruitment attraction for proposals and new business recruiting.
    • Develop sponsored LinkedIn campaigns and share results.
    • Revamp recruitment materials (for example: careers, internship, about Noblis cutsheets) and create custom sheets for different personas (early career professional, veterans, etc).
    • Plan and attend career fairs as a brand ambassador and continue outreach at local colleges and universities.
    • Help assimilate Noblis brand and develop materials to communicate HR, benefits, culture information.

     

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related experience.
    • 2 years experience working with google analytics and other search tools, proven experience with market research, analysis, and benchmarking functions
    • Experience running a company Intern Program OR other large talent acquisition programs
    • High-level of initiative and creativity implementing digital marketing strategies for recruitment
