  • Responsibilities

    Noblis is hiring a Systems Engineer with Multi-INT experience and a Top Secret SCI clearance in Chantilly, VA.

     

    Provides program management and operational integration of development applications that integrate data from all intelligence {INT) disciplines. These applications span data fusion, spatial and temporal visualization, 3-D visualization, imagery processing algorithms, and modeling of analytic tradecraft. Applications are developed in close concert with end users and are hosted in cloud architecture. Help gains efficiencies in these efforts through the expertise in multiple INT disciplines.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Functions as multi-INT coordinator for projects and initiatives to sustain and enhance current multi-INT baselines, and expand multi-INT capabilities to new IC andboD users, both CONUS and OCONUS
    • Provides technical guidance on processing of data MASINT sensor systems, and upon request, provide written documentation of these data processing functions 
    • Provides evaluations and white papers of new and emerging technologies
    • Provides technical guidance on MASINT collection systems to aid the Government in developing enhanced products to
    • Attends, on occasion, tactical user, DoD or IC meetings and forums and provide information or briefings to the community

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • Must have and maintain an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance and have the ability to successfully obtain a polygraph
    • Five years of relevant experience in the customer community
    • Knowledge of acquisition policies/guidance
    • Experience with multi-INT software applications
    • Experience with government acquisitions
    • Experience evaluating/writing point papers on new and emerging technologies
    • Experience as an intelligence analyst
    • Familiarity with IC system accreditation processes (Asset Authority to Operate)
    • Experience with unstructured data sets
    • Fluent/applied experience with Python and R programming languages
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Understanding of Systems Engineering principles.
    • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills required
