  • Responsibilities

    Noblis is hiring for IT Continuous Process Improvement with Top Secret SCI clearances in Chantilly, Virginia. 

     

    Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR:  

    • Design and facilitate improvements in performance through fundamental rethinking and redesign of core processes using Lean Six Sigma and ITIL methodologies and recommends changes based on performance results
    • Lead improvement projects related to process and continuous improvement in the areas of project management, IT acquisition planning and execution, contractor performance monitoring, Application Portfolio Management, and IT asset management for integration into the client environment
    • Provide quantitative and qualitative outputs about the impacts of process changes
    • Create process maps and/or models in standard tools
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics
    • Develop and prepare responses, reports and dashboards for program and government staff
    • Collect and analyze data necessary to assist client in creating an integrated service support vision via staff interviews and facilitated process development meetings
    • Collect data and develop materials in support of PMRs and CDRLs, prepare management and technical presentations, and support delivery of the presentations
    • Participate in IPT meetings and review process boards to ensure contractors are meeting program requirements
    • Track and respond to office tasking, build and present program briefings and update project schedules and calendars

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Must have and maintain an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance
      • Must have or obtain a CI Polygragh
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
    • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in industry or DOD/IC community Acquisition Project Management
    • Minimum of 6 years of continuous process improvement experience in industry or in the DOD/IC community
    • One or more relevant/associated certifications (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, and ISO)
    • Must be able to lead and facilitate cross-functional groups to reach consensus
    • Must be able to quickly develop relationships at all levels of the client organization
    • Familiarity with project management, scheduling, requirements, and program office functions
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned
    • Ability to plan, design, document and implement effective document management processes using document creation tools such as MS Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and/or other document management tools
    • Ability to conduct analysis, interpret data and facilitate projects with minimal supervision
    • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills required
    • Exceptional Power Point and Excel skills
    • Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment
    • Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
    • Must be able to travel    

     

    DESIRED SKILLS

    • Advanced degrees or certifications in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
    • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or IT Service Management qualification or experience
    • Knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices in ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma or CMMI
    • Experience with IT acquistion, project management, portfolio management, managed services, or asset management
