  • Responsibilities

    The Associate would be responsible for the day to day activities of Asset Management:

    • Maintaining the corporate asset management system
    • Be familiar with relational databases and willingness to learn corporate processes
    • Update asset records as changes occur
    • Support corporate asset verifications
    • Run reports for internal and external customers
    • Point of Contact for corporate leasing program
    • Work with leasing vendor to maintain asset options
    • Trouble shoot any issues
    • Work with staff for monthly returns of end of lease assets
    • Review and approve new orders
    • Working with Mission Areas for new hire asset needs
    • Coordinate with Mission Areas asset needs for new hires
    • Make sure new orders are placed or spares are available for new hires
    • Managing the terminations
    • Coordinate with HR and manager of terminating employee that all accountable assets are returned to Noblis
    • Managing the corporate spare asset pool
    • Review weekly all assets classified as spares
    • Deploy when situations arise
    • Working with internal clients to support asset needs
    • Understand asset management system and run reports as requested
    • Manage expectations as to future needs and changes for leased assets
    • Other tasks as they arise
    • Coordinating efforts within ETO to improve processes
    • Work with management to implement process changes as needed
    • Supporting the Noblis wireless program
    • Manage ordering process for Noblis corporate wireless program
    • Update wireless database as changes occur
    • Reconcile monthly billing of wireless invoices
    • Supporting the Noblis Business Continuity Program
    • Support management on the review an updating of BC plans
    • Coordinate with QMS staff for publishing plans to the QMS
    • Maintain schedule for reviews
    • Supporting the Noblis Travel program
    • Support management as needed for new hire travel
    • Backup for questions and inquires about program
    • Other duties as assigned


    - Bachelor's degree or equivalency

    - Familiar working with relationed database, data gathering and data reconciliation

    - Effective communication skills, collaborative and can work in a team environment

    - Experience in a corporate office environment

    - Possesses drive and determination to develop into a potentially larger future role

    - Occasional travel to HQ offices (Reston, VA)


    Preferred Qualifications

    - NPMA (National Property Management Association) Certified - will be required to receive first level certification within six months

    - Experience with Sunflower Systems
