System developer of Identity Access Management system, which provides PKI infrastructure to enable strong authentication for NAS systems.  Work in a team environment to integrate COTS software products including, but not limited to, VA (Validation Authority), OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol), RA (Registration Authority) and LDAP-based DS (Directory Service). 

-  Integrate the IAM system with the IESP (Integrated Enterprise Services Platform) which hosts VMs and provides network infrastructure. 

-  Develop technical procedures for TI (Technical Instruction) and IPL documentation. 

-  Develop and maintain Ansible system deployment scripts using Git.  Hardware used includes F5 network switches and SafeNet HSM (Hardware Security Module).

-  Work on design, development, test, and deployment of Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 20 years of experience, or Master's degree with a minimum of 16 years of experience
  • F5 LTM and GTM configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance in multi-site environments
  • Experience with deployment and maintenance of systems in the FAA NAS, including onramping support
  • Software development experience using Java EE, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and related tools and languages
  • Integration of COTS and developed software with HP OpenView
  • Experience in the use of SVN, Git, and/or other configuration management software
  • Familiarity with OASIS WS-Security and WS-Trust specifications
  • Familiarity with PKI concepts and implementations
  • Linux system administration
  • VMWare ESXi   

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with design and configuration of FTI and the FNTB
  • Familiarity with NIST guidance regarding identities and authentication
  • Software development experience with brokered messaging services including Apache ActiveMQ, WebLogic
  • Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or related Enterprise service containers
  • Experience in the use of Automated Deployment tools such as Ansible
  • Experience with YAML
  • Software development using Python
  • Experience with deployment and maintenance of systems in the FAA NAS
  • Experience with implementation and operation of ABAC-based access control systems
