  • Serve as a subject matter expert of Federal Acquisitions
  • Ensure scope of contracted services is clear to our clients 
    • Drive improvements in client satisfaction and be accountable for the quality of service delivered for clients
    • Responsible for addressing underlying problems affecting one or more of assigned clients
    • Receive and coordinate customer enhancement requests with the GSA program manager
    • Work closely with the GSA program manager, providing updates and up-sell opportunities 
  • Produce consistent, high quality service reviews that demonstrate quality and continuous improvement
  • Apply understanding of GSA Account strategy and portfolio to customer priorities and build a plan that drives revenue growth. 
  • Identify, shape, and track new growth opportunities using Salesforce 
  • Quickly and accurately assess opportunities and realistically forecast likelihood to close based on customer relationship, predictable buying process, budget availability or challenges. 
  • Continuously develop deep insights into the market and competitive landscape to serve customers and drive competitive wins to closer.
  • Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of Noblis services including Telecommunications, IT Security, Economic Analysis, Machine Learning, Acquisition …. 
  • Apply technical acumen and customer-facing skills to effectively represent Noblis within a customer’s environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership.
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical direction to help plan and build solutions using standard methodologies, and enthusiastically keep your customers’ appreciation of Noblis’ services healthy. 
  • Developed close relationships with customers that will empower you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from Noblis.





  • (7) years successful Federal account experience in similar space/accounts with proven track record in: 
    • Developing deep customer relationships 
    • Creating strong business relationships 
    • Managing capture plans and strategies
    • Writing and guiding proposals 
    • Account Management, client service and management consulting.
    • Ability to present technical materials to a range of partners and federal customers on both technical and non-technical matters.
    • Providing consulting services to government in Federal Acquisitions

Additional qualifications:

  • Must have existing relationships with GSA executive leadership and management 
  • Great communication skills, collaboration, and ability to navigate a matrixed organization. 
  • Passionate leader with ability to motivate, focus and lead teams.
  • Strong communicator, with experience working with IT executives. 
  • Excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong presentation skills 
  • BS/BA degree
