Responsibilities

Overall Program Summary:

The General Services Administration (GSA) currently manages telecommunications acquisition programs that provide close to $2 billion of services annually to more than 130 government agencies. The current generation of national and regional programs—including Networx, WITS3 and more than 80 Local Service Agreements—will expire in 2020. GSA is in the process of establishing a single new program, GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), to replace all of these. This GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) is planned to serve as a flexible, solution-oriented vehicle that will allow agencies to define, acquire and manage the networks serving their individual mission needs over its 15 year contract life.

The EIS is:

  • A comprehensive solution-based vehicle to address all aspects of Federal Agency information technology telecommunications, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Planned to be available for Agency use in FY2017 with a 15-year period of performance.
  • The first contract to implement the Network Services 2020 (NS2020) strategy.

Noblis aims to assist federal agencies in the transition to EIS. Join the Noblis team with our excellent reputation for helping clients make complex procurement decisions. Clients depend on us to help them anticipate, conceive, architect, assess, prove, deploy, and manage mission-critical technology-based infrastructures, and lowering operating costs.
