Responsibilities

Noblis is positioning to support a federal agency to find and support the next generation of energy technologies. As a key member of a scientific team,

 

Duties:

  • Performs day-to-day management of contract support operations.
    – Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
    – Accountable for schedule, budget, staffing, and quality of all program elements
    – Serve as single point of contact and liaison between the contractor and the Government for all work under this contract
    – Conducts briefings/status updates to customers and program sponsor leaderships.
    – Responsible for obtaining and retaining all key personnel.
    – Authority for committing resources, onboarding and offboarding decision.
    – Responsible for integrating and managing all subcontractors

 

  • Performs roles a senior technical advisor.
    – Provides guidance and recommendations to PM on technical, organizational, and policy matters.
    – Oversees special projects, high visibility, or politically sensitive assignments

 

 

Qualifications

  • Education: M.S. and/or M.A. degree in a scientific, engineering, or other technical field, and/or M.B.A. or M.A. degree in business, administration or other professional field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing complex scientific, engineering, or technical efforts with 7 years on energy efficiency, renewable energy, or energy generation.
  • Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of engineers, scientists, and management professionals who have been involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems.
  • PMP required.
  • PE, CEM, LEED AP is desirable.
