This position will support the Alaska Satellite Telecommunications Infrastructure (ASTI) program office and will require the candidate be able to contribute to and interact with a vigorous, geographically diverse, team environment consisting of other Noblis staff, subcontractors, multiple Government customers, vendors, and other FAA contract support staff.
The EVM specialist is responsible for providing timely and reliable cost, schedule, and technical performance measurements to program managers in accordance with the established FAA EVM reporting requirements. Additionally responsible for maintaining project baseline integrity, providing comprehensive variance analyses to appropriate levels of management and ensuring managers are made aware of actual or potential problems.
Duties may include budget forecasting, variance identification and schedule analyses to advise all levels of government leadership on cost, schedule, budget, and calculated EVM metrics/impacts to Program Milestones.
- Bachelors Degree Required plus 5 to 10 years experience
- Perform analysis, reporting, and change management activities with Earned Value Management System
- MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Scheduling software such as Primavera, MS Project
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
