Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement knowledge management processes for program website on JWICS and SIPRNET.  Maintain critical communications applications/links that facilitate program communion with the PEO and external agencies/organizations, these activities include maintaining program SharePoint site, Defense Connect Online (DCO), program Calendar, and JWICS/SIPRNET Video teleconferences (VTC).
  • Develop, operate, maintain and enter data into a Task Tracker Database to track incoming taskers to program from external agencies, to include PEO IEW&S, PM SAI and other National Agencies as required. The database shall be updated with new tasks or modifications upon receipt of tasker.
  • Maintain the program SharePoint site and the critical communications applications/links that facilitate program communication with PEO IEW&S and external agencies/organizations.  The candidate shall ensure the program SharePoint site is kept up to date and shall be responsible for posting program documentation to the PEO IEW&S, PM SAI, or other SharePoint sites as required.
  • Coordinate JWICS and SIPRNET Video TeleConferences (VTC) and Defense Connect Online (DCO) meetings required by program. The candidate will coordinate with external VTC participants and local program network administrators to ensure that all needed participants have appropriate information to view and attend the meetings.
  • Provide website support to maintain the program SIPR and JWICS websites. Ensure that the program websites remain available to external users, contains recent and relevant information about program products and services.  The program SIPR and JWICS websites shall be updated no less than monthly, but more frequently if required by program mission.  (Website content will be provided by the Government).
  • Populate, update and maintain program Calendars.  This includes 4 separate calendars: program Personnel Travel, program Operations (Internal and External Meetings and significant events), program Director and Deputy Director Calendars.  
  • Work effectively in a team environment in both leadership and support roles with varying Government, SETA and FFRDC teammates in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have and maintain an Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, network security, OR equivalent experience, significant domain knowledge and customer intimacy
  • 5+ years minimum experience in support of Military and/or IC IT knowledge management systems
  • Minimum of 8 years technical experience 
  • Proven experience with website design, SharePoint administration, and Microsoft Outlook

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
  • Excellent written and oral communications, and MS Office applications
  • Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed

Desired:

  • Experience with DoD and IC VTC systems 
  • Understanding of internet, web, application and network security techniques
  • Knowledge of IC functional manager’s organizations, roles and responsibilities within the current customer intelligence community
