The Pricing Analyst must function in a fast paced environment and work closely with Capture and Proposal teams to develop cost proposals while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence. In this role you will:

  • Support Mission Areas and Program Managers in pricing efforts
  • Interface with operations staff to develop and price staffing profiles
  • Support minor phases of the solicitation process such as routine requests for information (RFIs), routine RFP responses and basic negotiations to determine feasibility and areas of financial risk.
  • Prepare cost/price proposals, budgetary estimates, fee analyses and a variety of ad-hoc assignments.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years of pricing experience.
  • Well organized team player with good analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible, highly motived with the ability to multi task in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.  Knowledge of Access a plus.
  • Understanding of practices and procedures for government pricing and contracting is a plus




Project Control experience is a plus.  Project Control activities could include the below:

  • Provide budget, cost  and EAC analysis on direct and indirect project and programs
  • Support proposal and contract team members in new and follow-on business activity
  • Support our Procurement, Finance and Accounts Payable teams
  • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint
