They utilize their expertise in systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools to support engineering projects and operations. Typical responsibilities include providing technical support to engineering teams during the design and development of systems, conducting analyses and evaluations to assess system requirements and performance, and assisting in the development of system architectures, designs, and specifications. CBA-CBC staff in systems engineering roles also involve coordinating with stakeholders to gather and validate system requirements, conducting tests and evaluations to verify and validate system functionality and performance, and assisting in the resolution of technical issues and challenges. Additionally, they may be involved in documenting system requirements, designs, and processes, and providing training and guidance to team members on systems engineering best practices and methodologies. Their expertise in areas such as requirements analysis, system modeling, and integration testing enables organizations to achieve success in complex systems engineering projects and initiatives.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
