Responsibilities

The FAA’s National Airspace System (NAS) Enterprise Services Group (AJW‑17) serves as the Office of Primary Responsibility for second-level engineering and operational support of enterprise-level systems in the NAS. Providing 24/7 technical assistance, AJW‑17 ensures vital NAS systems operate safely, reliably, and securely by managing trouble tickets, troubleshooting system failures, resolving performance issues, and overseeing lifecycle maintenance activities. AJW-17 integrates cybersecurity standards, configuration control, and enterprise architecture compliance into FAA infrastructure modernization efforts, aligning technology implementation with strategic resilience, security, and mission assurance objectives.

 

Noblis is seeking a Program Analyst to provide coordination support within the FAA’s Enterprise Services Group (AJW-17) under the Technical Operations Executive Directorate. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams focused on information security and cybersecurity as well as program leadership to track milestones, facilitate stakeholder coordination, help maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity policies, generate reporting, and provide project documentation support. Your contributions will help ensure that FAA initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agency objectives to protect the integrity and performance of U.S. Air Traffic Systems. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Track tasks, deliverables, and work assignments across multiple projects.
  • Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure updates are captured accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of briefings, deliverables (such as the PMSR, Quarterly PMR, etc.) and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage, update, and maintain the risk management processes and risk register for implementation of the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) process.
  • Support FAA management and development of materials for F&E and Ops budget lines including briefings, meetings, and planning for CIT reviews, resources planning documents, white sheets, OMB-300, and other activities.
  • Facilitate project stakeholder meetings and compile meeting materials for distribution to stakeholders.
    Prepare briefings and white papers in support of executive, management, or team presentation on program status.
  • Lead the creation of reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in support of objectives for the organization.
  • Utilize SharePoint/KSN (Knowledge Services Network) for management and tracking of artifacts, action items, and issues.
  • Assist coordination and deconfliction of executive-level meetings and travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office productivity tools, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint and others.
  • Willingness to work at government site in alignment with client schedule.
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver; identify and articulate problems and recommend practical solutions through detailed analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • U.S. citizen or green card permanent resident (lived in the u.s. for 3+ years)

 

Years and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • If no Bachelor's Degree, an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted.
  • Master's Degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years’ experience.
  • PhD in related field may be substituted for Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years’ experience.
  • Compensation Range: N.J. - $63,600 - $99,450

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience delivering administrative and front-office support services to one or more senior leaders or executives.

  • Familiarity with FAA administrative systems, such as FAVES, E2 Travel, and KSN.

  • FAA experience preferred.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.


Posted Salary Range

USD $63,600.00 - USD $99,450.00 /Yr.
