The mission of the Department of Defense (DoD) Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is to demonstrate innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet DoD's environmental and installation energy challenges.
To maintain military readiness and reduce maintenance costs, the DoD is motivated to improve the instability of the weapons systems and platforms life cycle. This initiative is accomplished through reducing pollution and developing environmentally friendly alternative materials. SERDP and ESTCP are developing and demonstrating the science, tools, and techniques needed to meet critical defense performance criteria while also reducing the impact on the environment and protecting the health of DoD workers and military personnel. Noblis provides technical and programmatic support in the broad area of weapons systems and platforms to execute the mission of these DoD Programs. We seek to identify personnel with knowledge and experience in this area to join our team of talented professionals to successfully support the strategic goals of SERDP and ESTCP. This is a client-facing position.

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
