Responsibilities

At Noblis MSD we strive to be one of industry's top business partners for our Navy clients. We are actively seeking entry-level program/project management anaysts to continue providing exemplary support to our partners at NSWC Philadelphia.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial analysis: including tracking program financial burn rates and providing estimates and recommendations; developing and maintaining metrics and visual aides in support of program reviews; assisting Goverment PMs with developing yearly and quarterly budget requirements and end of Fiscal Year (FY) reconciliation
  • Coordinating with engineers and techncial leads to gather and report on program status
  • Scheduling using MS Project 
  • Database and recordkeeping management
  • Other daily administrative tasking as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain an interim SECRET clearance before starting
  • Entry level programmatic, financial and graphics support experience.
  • Experience with Excel (for financial tracking, VLookUps, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio

 

Desired Qualifications

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience/skillsets:

  • An existing DoD security clearance at the SECRET level or higher
  • Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions
  • Prior experience providing program and/or project management support to Navy clients
  • Experience developing tools and metrics in MS Power BI or Power Apps
  • Strong communication skills

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.


Posted Salary Range

USD $52,600.00 - USD $82,150.00 /Yr.
