Role description:
As an ARPA-H (Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health) Advanced Cloud Architect for the Strategic Technical ARPA-H Talent Support (STATS) Program at Noblis, you will be part of our Health Solutions account team, where you will leverage your science and/or engineering expertise in computer science or related scientific field for Task Order research and development (R&D) programs throughout their lifecycle, directly supporting Federal PM and the ARPA-H leaders to deliver transformative, sustainable, and equitable health solutions for the Nation.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and services to enable organizations to leverage the benefits of cloud computing. They utilize their expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, automation, and scalability to architect resilient, secure, and cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements. Typical responsibilities include designing cloud architectures, selecting appropriate cloud services and providers, and implementing cloud infrastructure using tools such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and configuration management tools.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
