Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking qualified military members who are eligible to participate in the DOD Skillbridge candidates through Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program with next class starting in May 2025.

 

 

This fellowship role focuses on testing and evaluating emerging technologies for Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Agency applications. It offers an opportunity to familiarize yourself with Noblis' policies and procedures, engage with Noblis leadership, and collaborate with technical staff to gain hands-on experience in technology testing and evaluation initiatives.  In this position you will learn about:

 

  • Identifying and engaging DoD and Federal Agency stakeholders to identify technology needs, technology requirements, and opportunities to test and evaluate technologies at DoD installations and Federal Agency facilities.
  • Identifying and researching emerging technologies, communicating with technology developers, and collecting information on technology capabilities, applications, and technical specifications.
  • Evaluating identified emerging technologies versus stakeholder requirements to identify candidate technologies for testing and evaluation.
  • Presenting candidate technologies to DoD and Federal Agency stakeholders for potential test and evaluation at DoD installations and Federal Agency facilities.
  • Planning and conducting technology testing and evaluation activities at DoD installations and Federal Agency facilities and analyzing results.
  • Working with Federal procurement agencies and DoD and Federal agency stakeholders to transition successfully evaluated technologies into the Federal supply system.

 

Work location: remote, with both virtual and in-person interactions with Noblis team members.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
