Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a Business Process / Management Consultant with an active Top Secret/SCI and Polygraph to join a growing team in a dynamic client environment in Chantilly, VA.

 

We are looking for an experienced consultant who is ready to support business transformation related to the deployment of a new HR and talent system including supporting the analysis, mapping, and redesign of Sponsor systems and processes for HR, as well as end user support. Responsibilities include tasks such as the ability to:

  • Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach, and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.  
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the client on the evaluation of HR system’s functionality against business processes, ensuring client’s business requirements are being met. 
  • Guide and deliver end-to-end process improvement initiatives. 
  • Promote industry best practices, encourage innovation, and facilitate regular reviews to identify new opportunities for process optimization. 
  • Focus on collaboration and stakeholder management to ensure alignment, engagement, and buy-in throughout the improvement process. 
  • Support the customer’s assessment, definition, and refinement of business requirements. 
  • Support End-User Training and system rollout. 
  • Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.  
  • Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.  

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of applicable work experience. 
  • Experience serving in a facilitation role, ability to effectively communicate information between technical and functional (business user) teams.  
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and project lifecycle as it relates to software deployment. 
  • Experience with task planning and decomposition to deliver finished work products on schedule that meet customer quality standards. 
  • Advanced proficiency in process analysis, complexity reduction, and performance improvement. 
  • Outstanding written communication skills as demonstrated across a variety of written products. 
  • Experience creating and delivering executive-level Power Point presentations. 
  • Ability to work independently on deliverables and meet client deadlines and quality standards. 
  • Ability to collaborate across a large team and engage effectively with external stakeholders.  
  • Able to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Full Scope Polygraph

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleSoft HCM implementation. 
  • Knowledge of OPM rules and regulations. 
  • Intermediate experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI and/or Tableau. 
  • Experience with Vizio or other visual tools. 
  • Experience in developing, review, and delivering different training modalities such as Instructor-Led Trainings, Computer-Based Trainings, job aids, and quick reference guides.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range

USD $97,400.00 - USD $152,225.00 /Yr.
