Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is charged with managing, securing, and controlling the nation’s borders while facilitating lawful international travel and trade. The Office of Acquisition (OA) within CBP’s Enterprise Services (ES) supports CBP’s mission to efficiently and effectively manage the Nation’s borders by facilitating the acquisition of a mix of services, infrastructure and technology solutions.
The OFO performs a complex mission at ports of entry with broad law enforcement authorities tied to screening all foreign visitors, returning American citizens and imported cargo that enters the U.S. at more than 300 land, air and seaports. The contractor shall provide support services to assist OFO programs and projects in the development, fielding and maintenance of systems that support OFO border security missions (e.g. cargo security/examination, immigration inspection, preclearance, protecting agriculture, interagency national vetting of individuals seeking to cross U.S. borders). Support services are required for the NTC.
In addition to intelligence analysis, this role includes the management of a team of analysts across various shifts in a 24/7 environment. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
