Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is seeking an Intelligence Analyst with expertise in DoD and national systems to apply and demonstrate capabilities for IC, DoD, and Federal Civilian partners to support the client's mission in Chantilly, VA. 

 

Professionals in intelligence analysis are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence information to support decision-making and strategic planning within organizations. They utilize their expertise in information gathering, critical thinking, and problem-solving to assess threats, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

 

Typical responsibilities include collecting and evaluating intelligence data from various sources, such as open-source information, human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and imagery intelligence (IMINT), and synthesizing and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Intelligence analysis roles also involve producing intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments to communicate findings and recommendations to decision-makers and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal and external partners, such as law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and private sector organizations, to share intelligence and collaborate on joint initiatives.

 

Additionally, professionals may be involved in conducting threat assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability assessments to support security planning and mitigation efforts. Their expertise in areas such as threat analysis, risk assessment, and intelligence tradecraft enable organizations to anticipate and respond effectively to emerging threats and challenges, protect assets and personnel, and achieve strategic objectives.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Maintain expert knowledge of current and future NRO systems to include architectures, constellations, sensors, dissemination, exploitation, collection management, derived intelligence products, and support to operations. 
  • Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customers daily 
  • Ability to demonstrate NRO capabilities for IC, DOD, and Federal Civilian Partners 

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related acquisition experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held. 
  • Familiarity with the NRO’s and DoD’s national and tactical space architectures.
  • Knowledge of Electro-optical, RADAR, SIGINT, Communications, Mission Management, and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture.

  

Mid-Level  

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 5 - 10 years of experience 
  • Compensation:  $97,400 - $152,225

  

 Senior-Level  

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 10+ years of experience 
  • Compensation: $117,800 - $184,100

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with the NRO’s and DoD’s national and tactical space architectures.
  • Demonstrated writing and research skills.
  • Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, acquiring, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment.
  • Be able to travel.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range

USD $97,400.00 - USD $184,100.00 /Yr.
