Our Talent Acquisition Partner and Mission Area hiring teams provide a diverse array of technical, scientific, research and development, and programmatic management consulting support to diverse and national missions, such as in homeland security, transportation, healthcare, energy and environment, national defense and intelligence domains.    

 

We are opening Talent Acquisition Partner role on our high-performing and collaborative team.  This role entails remote work with ability to attend meetings on-site in our Noblis DC Area locations.  

 

The role will serve as a talent advisor to several divisions.  Duties will include:

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional, programmatic, technical and scientific positions, both in a cleared and non-cleared environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic staffing plans for each business area.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions at all levels.
  • Take lead role to establish and implement a proactive recruitment strategy for the target industry communities, creating a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Develop effective working relationships with hiring managers and staff, clarifying and understanding requirements and business needs.
  • Drive the hiring process:  actively engage with managers, provide ongoing status of requisitions, advise managers through the hiring process, and close requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to network with and maintain productive working relationships with key players in various industries.  
  • Proven ability to source and network using both conventional and unconventional sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit highly cleared candidates within the intelligence community.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and review advertising and souring options.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies, educating hiring managers as needed.
  • Maximize recruitment technology in sourcing and tracking candidates and applicants.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Marketing, or related discipline. Additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for degree. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruitment of scientists, engineers, consultants and researchers in a professional services consulting environment.
  • Experience recruiting cleared candidates.  
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Knowledge and understanding of OFCCP employment guidelines and employment law.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with common Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to travel to the Virginia and DC offices as needed.
  • Previous experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems is also required.

  • Experience building teams for the Federal government  
  • Experience in federal Management Consulting. 
  • Experience supporting diverse government agencies.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range

USD $56,000.00 - USD $98,000.00 /Yr.
