Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pac) Network Integration Engineering Facility (NIEF) provides the design and delivery of advanced information warfare capabilities to the fleet. The NIEF, developed and managed by Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), and located at NAVWAR headquarters in San Diego, specializes in the rapid design and integration of commercial and government off-the-shelf products for military applications. It also provides environmental qualification testing services for those products, which applies to both the development of new systems and upgrades to existing systems.

Many Navy systems, such as the Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), require a secret level facility to enable loading certificates, software applications and secret compartmental information internet protocol, all of which if performed at the NIEF would significantly reduce the install time on the ship.

NAVWAR identifies, develops, delivers and sustains information warfighting capabilities and services that enable naval, joint, coalition and other national missions operating in warfighting domains from seabed to space. NAVWAR consists of more than 11,000 active duty military and civil service professionals located around the world.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
