The Department of Defense’s (DoD) Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program - implemented by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) – works cooperatively with allies and partners to reduce or eliminate WMD threats. The cooperative nature of the DoD’s CTR activities strengthens regional alliances deepening existing partnerships and attracting new partners.

Noblis is looking for an Agreements Specialist to support the CTR Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP) mission as a member of the Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) conract team. The Agreements Specialist advises the BTRP client and A&AS team on assigned aspects of agreements planning and management. The Agreements Specialist reports to the A&A Team Lead. His/her primary client interface is the BTRP Interagency Agreements Manager.
