Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a Hybrid Law Enforcement Technical Representative, Operations Liaison, and Capture Lead

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a technical liaison between development teams and operational teams surrounding software development, deployment, configuration, and use
  • Work with development teams to collect, manage, and prioritize requirements
  • Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for software development teams supporting law enforcement missions
  • Work with law enforcement business development directors (BDD) and division directors to develop and achieve growth goals and account strategy through identification of opportunities and management of capture activities
  • Develop strong relationships across other accounts within the company to understand the diverse capability sets Noblis brings to our clients
    Collaborate with solution owners to write and submit collateral, whitepapers, requests for information (RFIs), and proposals
  • Contribute to internal research program efforts involving forensic science

Qualifications

Basic Qualfications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to travel across the United States
  • Strong technical background in software applications providing digital forensic capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task based on supporting multiple development efforts and applications simultaneously

 

Client Engagement

- The candidate will grow client engagement with law enforcement professionals on a day-to-day / week-to-week basis as familiarity with the role increases
- Initial focus will be on requirements management before transitioning focus into operational actitivities
