As a mathematician with our team, you will be working as a member of  interdisciplanary teams to innovate with our federal clients to develop solutions and capabilities involving cryptanalysis, reverse engineering, forensics, secure technologies exploitation and vulnerablity analysis, data science, automation, AI/machine learning, computer vision, biometrics, forensics, systems engineering,  and software development and integration.  If you like learning new things, sharing your expertise with others, and collaborating with a like-minded team to solve hard problems, then Noblis is a great place for you!

Required Qualifications:

• Experience - multiple levels can be accommodated, degrees must be in a Mathematics, Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science (or related field)*
• Entry-level: Bachelors Degree + 0 years work experience OR High School Diploma OR GED + 4 years work experience
• Mid-level: Bachelors Degree + 2-4 years work experience or Masters Degree + 0-2 years work experience
• Senior-level: Bachelors Degree + 6-8 years work experience or Masters Degree + 4-6 years work experience
• SME-level: Bachelors Degree + 10-12 years work experience, Masters Degree + 8-10 years work experience, or a PhD Degree and demonstrated domain expertise

• Hands on experience and demonstratable expertise in your domain area of applied mathematics,  cryptography, reverse engineering, optimization and other applied mathematics
• Experience with common computer programming languages
• Hands on experience decomposing complex technology topics
• Is comfortable developing solutions on Linux systems, but able to develop/deploy on other operating systems such as Windows
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance / SCI with CI Poly.

• Desire to work in an agile and cross functional team environment, understand team goals and generate appropriate, innovative analytical insights to drive process and experience improvement 
• Challenges the status quo and are hungry to explore, evaluate, and understand new technologies 

· Learn about the Noblis business development lifecycle, processes, tools, and account structure
· Contribute specialized domain or technical content to proposal sections or client white papers
· Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
