Noblis MSD is seeking a Project Control Financial Analyst to perform financial management in support of large IDIQ contracts for the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pac) in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate has experience in financial and project management for multiple contract types and task sizes. Candidate must have experience in analytical analysis of financial data, proficient in excel, budgeting, scheduling and earned value and is familiar with the principles of project management and poses strong written and oral skills.
This position supports the Noblis MSD Program Management Office (PMO) in the financial management contract bid and execution. Candidate will work directly with various project managers and project control teams and is responsible for developing EACs, ad hoc financial reports, financial planning and monitoring the financial health of the project as well as schedule and deliverable tracking for multiple contracts. This work is hybrid in the San Diego area. Primary responsibilities supporting the financial management and data collection and oversight of multiple task orders reporting to lead project and program manager
