Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a Scrum Master with an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance in Warner Robins, GA.

 

The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is a weapons system which produces military intelligence collected by systems such as: the U-2 Dragonlady, RQ-4 Global Hawk, and MQ-9 Reaper.  It consists of computer hardware and software connected together in a computer network, devoted to processing and dissemination of information such as images.  The successful candidate will support the program office during the system life cycle to include efforts that support or contribute to improved performance of the organization; program/project management; engineering process and technical management; project monitoring and reporting; data collection; performance auditing; administrative technical support.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, or an Associate’s Degree in STEM with four years of hands on technical experience, or a High School Diploma and six years of hands on technical experience.
  • Run scrums for an agile development team
  • Work with stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, analyze, and document requirements
  • Update and manage an agile development teams backlog in conjunction with other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to test new features and ensure common understanding of requirements/user stories
  • Write comprehensive acceptance criteria for requirements/user stories
  • Design, implement, execute, and assess quality through manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality
  • Create, update, and execute interactive tests and create associated reports
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and log defects as needed
  • Maintain system test plans and other related documentation
  • Prepare test metrics and present results in the Retrospective ceremony
  • Contribute to the decomposition and flow of tickets in an agile project management system

  • Working knowledge of Agile software development frameworks (Scrum and SAFe)
  • Working knowledge of the following Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence
  • Possess a sense of ownership and professional pride

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
