Responsibilities

Noblis MSD’s mission is to support Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.  Noblis MSD is seeking program analysts to directly support US Navy programs.

 

You will:

  • Provide hands-on expertise support developing project schedules and integrated master schedules, and maintain schedules throughout project life cycle while tracking changes, resources and cost in Oracle Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project
  • Define tasks, establish task durations, define relationships, imposing constraints, collect status, establish the coding and structure of schedule
  • Apply project management principles and practices, including EVM, in developing schedules
  • Interface with key stakeholders/clients (virtually and in-person) to produce resource-loaded schedules, progress reports, point/risk assessments and critical path analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business required

2+ years project scheduling and analysis using Oracle Primavera (P6)

2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Access
2+ years experience creating and maintaining MS Access databases desired

PMP certification preferred

Client Engagement

· Learn about and support Noblis’ client engagement, corporate values, and corporate strategic priorities, including providing input to proposal writers.
· Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals.
· Participate in the proposal process by providing input to proposal writers.
