Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) and their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. We are actively recruiting for a Program Analyst to support a U.S. Navy contract in Philadelphia, PA.
The Program Analyst will provide the following support:
Program Support: Support for program activities in the form of milestone and issues tracking, document scanning, web site / database content management, program review session scheduling, and status submittals.
Program Performance Metrics: Consultation services and support assistance that includes the establishment of Division-level performance metrics to assess the health of programmatic and business aspects, and facilitation of strategic planning sessions.
Administrative Support: Administrative services and support assistance, to include facilitation of media destruction; requisition and shipping/receiving of government material; coordination/planning for meetings and conferences; developing and formatting reports in accordance with Navy policies, regulations, and instructions; preparation and submittal of contractor monthly status, incurred cost, and burn rate analysis reports in addition to monthly invoices.
Financial Support: Services consisting of timekeeping, development and display of financial metrics, drafting of financial data call responses, coordinating administrative data calls, and supporting records management and correspondence. The Program Analyst shall perform the services at the Government site. Support personnel shall obtain access within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Business (or related field). Candidates with an Associates will be considered.
Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of related experience in providing programmatic, financial, and graphics support using Microsoft Office tools.
Strong client service demeanor
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Software Suite
Ability to multitask
DoD Secret Clearance or ability to attain one is required
