Bachelors and minimum 5 years of related experience, or Masters and 3 years related experience, or Doctorate and 1 year related experience; or equivalent experience (HS Diploma with 11 years of experience).Preferred experience:Understanding of the Army Watercraft Logisitics Lifecycle and provisioning documentation requirements including the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP).Technical working knowledge of Army Watercraft and associated systems including Logistics Support Vessel (LSV), Landing Craft Utility (LCU), Landing Craft Mechanized (LCM), Tug Class Vessels, and Manuever Support Vessel (Light). Independent development of LORAs for Army Watercraft. Developed and published technical manuals in Arbortext. Familiarization with MIL-STD 40051 and MIL-STD 1388. Development of technical manuals to include operating procedures, repair procedures, and troubleshooting preventative maintenence checks. Conducted crew familiarization training onboard Army watercraft vessels including instructor guide development. Provided quality assurance reviews and guidance for logisitcs products development.
