  • Continuously develop and leverage contemporary regional expertise on Iranian culture, social, and political affairs topics. 
  • Conduct all-source research to identify, prioritize, develop, and enrich target profiles. 
  • Demonstrate awareness of cyber networks, emerging cyber threats and trends, and the evolving investigations related to cyber security. 
  • Provide regional or functional analytic expertise on a wide range of cyber threat actors, including nation-state and non-state actors. 
  • Provide analysis focused on cyber actor TTPs, doctrine, policies, strategies, capabilities, and intent to conduct activities in the cyber domain, including interaction with cyber-oriented groups, individuals, organizations, tools, tactics, and procedures. 
  • Synthesize large quantities of data from multiple sources into high-quality intelligence and targeting products. 


Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of intelligence analysis experience in the USIC and one of the certifications below:


EC Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
EC Council Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI)
Logical Operations Inc. CyberSec First Responder (CFR)
CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
CompTIA Cloud Plus (Cloud+)
CompTIA PenTest+
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Network+
GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
Cisco Cybersecurity Specialty Certification (SCYBER)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or other information technology majors and 3 years of USIC intelligence analysis experience.  
9 years of USIC intelligence analysis experience focused on cyber in lieu of degree

  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to document results and analyze findings to provide meaningful products.  
  • Experience with cyber, computer network operations, information operations, and information warfare. 
  • Ability to develop specific expertise, discern patterns of complex threat actor behavior, and communicate an understanding of current and evolving cyber threats.  
  • Ability to leverage well-honed online researching expertise to identify and navigate relevant online forums, including websites, social media, and traditional sources, to support research and analysis.


**Must have an Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility (current CI poly preferred but will consider those who can pass one).     

Client Engagement

· Learn about the Noblis business development lifecycle, processes, tools, and account structure
· Contribute specialized domain or technical content to proposal sections or client white papers
· Build a productive relationship with your client and understand their structure and goals
